| 摘 要： | 将白曲霉Aspergillus Kawachii基因工程菌株TR12，用于添加了少量的NH4NO3以补充氮源酒精废液的转化，经过3d的分批好氧发酵，得到糖化酶活较高的发酵液。

| Abstract: | According to the experiment of shaking flask, the author s employ Aspergi llus Kawachii whose gene were recombined in transformation of ethanol distil led wastewater. After three days' fermentation with plenty of oxygen in batches , the authors obtained the ferment liquid with high vitality of saccharified enz yme. The nutrient in the ethanol distilled wastewater remained little, so the au thors added a little ammonium nitrate as the supplementary source of nitrogen, which increased the e nzymatic vitality greatly. Employing this enzymatic liquid in the production of ethanol, the authors have hope to save enzymatic pharmaceutical preparations, re duce the release of productive waste and relieve the pressure of pressure of environment al pollution ,by the meantime to get SCP for food. |
