世界优秀羽毛球运动员竞技年龄特征之研究

通过对世界优秀羽毛球运动员竞技年龄特征进行分析研究,结果发现:当前世界优秀羽毛球运动员的最佳竞技年龄明显增大,且逐渐趋于平稳态势;平均竞技年龄呈现出一定的项目特征;我国优秀运动员的最佳竞技年龄远小于世界最佳竞技年龄,男子竞技年龄明显增大,女子竞技年龄呈先增大后减小的趋势,竞技年龄离差明显减小.建议加强科学化训练,最大限度地开发运动员的潜力,延长运动员的运动寿命,尤其是延长女运动员的运动寿命;转变观念,优化当前机制,确保优秀运动员为国争光、实现自身价值的机会;平衡发展各项目.

Research on Athletics Age Characteristics of Excellent World Badminton Athletes

The analysis results about athletics age characteristics of excellent world badminton athletes indicated that the best athletics age of current world excellent badminton athletes increase significantly and become more and more stable, the average athletics age has shown a certain projectcharacteristics, the best athletics age of the most elite athletes in China is far less than the world level, the best athletics age of male athletes increase significantly, while that of female increase first and then decrease, and athletics age deviation reduce significantly. The suggestions that strengthening the scientific training, maximizing the development potential of athletes and extending the sport life of athletes, especially for female athletes, optimizing the current mechanisms to ensure the elite athletes win glory for the country, balancing the development of each project were proposed.
