海南蝴蝶兰的组织培养研究

报道了海南蝴蝶兰组织培养的结果．试验表明：KC基本培养基诱导原球茎有良好效果，茎尖在附加BA2mg／L＋NAA0．5～0．2mg／L的培养基上，原球茎发生率可达90％，月增殖3～5倍；去掉生长素和降低分裂素浓度后，原球茎可以分化成完整植株；壮苗培养阶段，以附加NAA0．1mg／L＋10％香蕉汁的效果较佳；椰糠是良好移栽基质，成活率达88％．

A Study on the Tissue Culture of Phalaenopsis hainanensis

The preliminary results of tissue culture of Phalaenopsis hainanensis were reported in this paper. The experiments show that KC medium has the positive effects on inducing the protocorm - like body. In KC medium supplemented with BA 2.0 mg/L and NAA 0.5 ~ 0.2 mg/L, the formation rate of the PLB from stem apex can reach to 90.0% and the PLB can propagate 3 ~ 5times every month The PLB may differentiate into plants after the clearing of the auxin and the reducing of the cytokinin. At the plantlet - promoting stage, the KC medium supplemented with NAA 0.1 mg/L and 10% banana juice performs well. The best transplatation medium is the broken coir and the survival rate can reach to 88%.
