超临界CO2萃取技术在中药有效成分提取中的应用新进展

摘    要:介绍了超临界CO2萃取技术(SFE-CO2)提取中药有效成分的优越性及影响萃取效果的因素,综述了10多年来该技术在中药挥发油、生物碱、黄酮、醌类、皂苷等有效成分提取中的应用,并展望了SFE-CO2技术的应用前景.

Abstract:Both the advantages of Supercritical CO2 extraction(SFE-CO2) for active constituents of traditional Chinese medicine and several factors affecting this extraction yield are discussed in this paper.The paper also summarized the advances in the application of supercritical CO2 extraction in active constituents in for extraction of active constituents,such as essential oil,alkaloid,flavonoid,quinines,and glycosides from traditional Chinese medicine plants and expected the future of application of supercritical CO2 extraction.
