近红外线诊断乳腺疾病的临床探讨

采用近红外乳腺诊断仪，对４８８５例乳腺疾病患者进行乳腺扫描检查，其中有部分患者同时进行Ｂ超检查对照。结果显示：经病理确诊的６２８例中，乳腺癌的诊断符合率，近红外线为９２．６％，Ｂ超为８５．１％：而乳腺良性疾病的符合率，近红外线为８５．２％，Ｂ超为９１．６％．说明近红外线检查对乳腺癌的早期诊断有其独到之处．

Clinical Exploration of Diagnosing the Mammary Gland Diseases by Near Infrared Rey

In this paper,4885 patients who have contracted mammary gland diseases were examined by near infrared ray scanning apparatus.Part of which were checked as control with B-type ultrasonic ex- amination at the same time.The results showed that in 620 cases diagnosed pathologically,to the correct rate of mastocarcinoma diagnosis,it is 92.6 percent in the near infrared ray examination and 85.1 per- cent in the B-type ultrasonic examination.On the other hand, to the correct rate of benign mastosis,it is 85.2 percent in the near infrared ray examination and 91.6 percent in the B-type ultrasonic examina- tion.These showed that to the early diagnosis of the mastocarcinoma,the near infrared ray scan created a style all it's own.
