| 摘 要： | 根据水泥生产流程和能源消耗情况,系统地计算了3种不同工艺生产水泥的CO2排放量,并结合2008年华润(国投)海南水泥厂的实际情况,计算得出了采用相同工艺生产水泥的CO2理论排放量与实际排放量相接近的结论;同时采用相同的理论方法估算了2009年全国水泥工业CO2的总排放量;此外,针对我国水泥工业CO2排放的现状,结合具体的水泥生产流程提出了4个方面的节能减排措施,并分析比较了它们的减排效果. |

| Abstract: | According to the specific production processes and energy consumption of cement,the CO2 emission from three different production processes was systematically calculated.According to the actual CO2 emission of Huarun（Guotou） cement factory in Hainan,it way found that the theoretical CO2 emission value of Huarun is reasonable.The same method was used to estimate the total CO2 emission of the national cement industry in 2009.Based on CO2 emission status of cement industry and actual production processes in our country,four measures to reduce CO2 emission were proposed and their effects were analyzed. |
