摘    要:通过蕹菜主要性状在植株上的分布和相关分析,研究了7 种遗传性状和种子产量的关系,结果表明:蒴果数、种粒数与种子产量呈极显著正相关.经微机多因素分析,蔓长、蒴果数、种粒数对产量的累计贡献为90 .21% ,有效侧蔓数是蒴果数的决定因素,与产量呈正相关,且变异系数大(CV=16 .8 % ),因此,增加有效侧蔓数可作为蕹菜高产留种栽培技术的主攻方向.

Abstract:The relations between 7 genetic characters and seed yield are studied.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the capsule number, seed number and the seed yield. By multi factor analysis,the factor variance contribution of the bine length,capsule number and seed number amounts to 90.21% for yield constitution.The effective lateral bine number is a determinative factor for capsule number,and has a postive correlation with the seed yield and a relatively high variation coeffi cient( CV= 16.8%). Therefore,the number of effective lateral bine can be as a main direction in cultivation techniques.
