经阴道超声诊断早期输卵管妊娠的临床应用

摘    要:对临床拟诊早期输卵管妊娠的 2 0 1例患者采用经阴道超声检查 ,并与术后病理及临床诊断结果相对照 .结果表明 :经阴道超声诊断为早期输卵管妊娠的共 149例 ,输卵管炎性扩张 1例 ,其中施行手术治疗 5 0例 (手术及病理证实输卵管妊娠 4 7例 ,误诊 3例 ) ,其余 10 0例均按早期输卵管妊娠保守治疗痊愈 .应用经阴道超声诊断早期输卵管妊娠 ,能清晰地显示出盆腔微细声像结构特征 ,对输卵管妊娠的早期诊断具有操作简便迅速、安全无痛、无损伤、准确性高、病人易接受等优点 .

Abstract:Two hundred and one patients,who were clinically planned to diagnose as earlier fallopian tube pregnancy,were examined by transvaginal ultrasonography.The examined results were compared with that of pathologic and clinical diagnosis after operation.The results showed that there were 149 cases which were diagnosed as earlier fallopian tube pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasonography,and 1 case as spreading salpingitis.Among which,50 cases of patients were treated by operation(47 cases were confirmed as fallopian tube pregnancy by operation and pathology,and 3 cases as an erroneous diagnosis).The rest of 100 cases diagnosed as fallopian tube pregnancy were treated by conservative therapy,with full recovery.Thus a conclusion was drawn that the subtle structure characteristic of the ultrasonogram of pelivic cavity could be clearly displayed by using transvaginal ultrasonography to diagnose earlier fallopian tube pregnancy;and this method was simple,rapid,safe,painless,and easy acceptable to the patients.
