| Abstract: | In the process of hydroextracting the rose pigment of prickly Pear, we added the avitamic acid as the antioxidant, added the pectase to degrade the pectin, added the chitosan to adsorb the protein. Our experiments showed that the method has many advantages, such as high extraction efficiency, simple process, less pollution etc. |
