摘    要:以水为萃取剂,加入L-抗坏血酸作抗氧化剂、果胶酶降解果胶、改性甲壳胺吸附蛋白质.提取仙人果中的玫瑰红色素,此法萃取率高、工艺简单、无污染.

Abstract:In the process of hydroextracting the rose pigment of prickly Pear, we added the avitamic acid as the antioxidant, added the pectase to degrade the pectin, added the chitosan to adsorb the protein. Our experiments showed that the method has many advantages, such as high extraction efficiency, simple process, less pollution etc.
