摘    要:采用呲啶吸附FT-IR、NH3-TPD、低温N2吸附等表征了所合成的MCM-22分子筛的酸性和孔结构,并考察了吸附时间、吸附剂用量、染料初始浓度、溶液pH及重复利用次数等对甲基橙(MO)和亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附性能的影响.结果表明:MCM-22分子筛对甲基橙和亚甲基蓝均有较好的吸附效果.对浓度为1×10-4mol·L-1...

Abstract:FT-IR,NH3-TPD,and N2 adsorption were used to study the acidity and pore structure of synthesized MCM-22 zeolite,and the influence of contact time,adsorbent dosage,initial concentration of the adsorbate,pH,and re-use times on the adsorption properties of methyl orange(MO) and methylene blue(MB) on MCM-22 zeolite were compared.The results showed that both MO and MB were adsorbed on MCM-22 quite well;the optimal adsorption of MO was 95% when the initial concentration was 1×10-4 mol·L-1;the optimal adsorption of MB reached to 98% when the initial concentration was 4×10-4 mol·L-1;the good adsorption of dye on MCM-22 was due to the synergism of acidity and pore structure.
