65例舌癌手术方式的选择及其临床分析

采用不同手术方式对我院1986-1994年收治的65例舌癌进行治疗分析,认为对颈部已触及肿大、固定以及质硬淋巴结转移的舌癌患者行根治性颈清扫;对颈部未触及肿大的淋巴结,但原发病灶较大、肿瘤侵润较深者行功能性颈清扫;对舌癌范围小、口底未被侵犯者,保留下颌骨.手术前行放、化疗不仅能弥补手术缺陷,而且还能提高生存率.

Clinical Analysis and Choices of Surgery for 65 Cases of Tongue Cancer

The article evaluated the cancer therapeutic results among 65 newly diagnosed patients with tongue cancer beted by different types of sumply between 1986 and 1994. We suggetted radical neck dissection be taken for patients with tongue cancer who have large bald and fied lymph node in their neck. Functional neck dissection should be taken for patients who have no palpable cervical lymph node hot have larger primary cancer focus. The mandible should be retained when patients with tongue cancer have smaller cancer focus and their their floor weren' t affected by cancer focus. A combination with radiation therapy or chemetherapy is advisable in those patients with tongue cancer.
