| 摘 要： | 根据不同的病因,选择不同的治疗方法,对67例前列腺增生术后再入院的病人进行诊断治疗.结果表明:48例疗效满意,其中耻骨上前列腺摘除术14例,TURP或TUVP13例,尿道内切或加电切16例,尿道外口切开3例,经尿道电凝止血1例,耻骨上膀胱切开、双输尿管结扎线松解1例.膀胱造瘘2例,有17例需定期或不定期尿道扩张.

| Abstract: | Based on different pathogeny and treatment,67 cases of patients who were re-hospitalized after being performed an operation of prostate hyperplasia were diagnosed and treated.The results showed that there were 48 cases whose curative effects were desirable,among which,there were 14 cases which belong to suprapubic prostatectomy,13 cases TURP or TUVP,16 cases internal urethrotomy or internal urethrotomy plus electrotomy,3 cases urethromeatomy,1 case hemostasia of electrocoagulation in urethra,1 case suprapubic cystostomy for loosing the ligature in double ureter.In addition,there were 2 cases of fistulization for bladder and 17 cases of patients who needed to periodically or unperiodically dilate urethra. |
