| 摘 要： | 研究用超临界二氧化碳 (SCCO2 )从益智中萃取挥发油的影响因素 .结果表明 ,萃取压力 15MPa ,萃取温度 4 0～ 4 5℃ ,萃取时间为 2～ 2 .5h时萃取率可达 3.2 2 % .与水蒸汽蒸馏法相比 ,SCCO2 萃取速度快 ,得率高 .
