| 摘 要： | 对２３例较大的肾肿瘤行肾动脉栓塞后，再行肾癌根治术，手术切除率１００％，认为此法可增加手术切除成功率，增加安全系数，减少术中癌栓转移。本文还对栓塞病例、栓塞材料、手术时机的选择以及并发症进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | After the preoperative renal artery embolism was applied to 23 cases of relatively big renal cell carcinoma, the radical nephrectomy to renal carcinoma was conducted and the excision rate was 100 per- cent. It was thought that the successful rate of operation and the coefficient of safe could be increased. and the chance of carcinoma metastasis decreased .In addition, the case of embolism, the material of em- bolism , the selection of operative opportunity etc. was also discussed in this paper. |
