| Abstract: | The fermentation medium of immobilized cell of yeast was studied by orthogonal design to select the optimal medium by high ethanol production and high sucrose utility ra- tio. Table L_9(3~4)was used for the test of the four factors and with its three levels.The con- centration of sucrose,temperature,ph and fermentation time were examined.The best medium was selected. |
