摘    要:采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,测定了聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)中甲醇、环氧丙烷的残留量.结果显示:甲醇、环氧丙烷的线性范围分别为0.25~4.00 g.L-1(r=0.999 4),0.25~4.00 g.L-1(r=0.999 7);甲醇、环氧丙烷的平均回收率分别为95.4%,98.3%;RSD(n=5)分别为3.7%,1.8%.本方法简单、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)中甲醇、环氧丙烷的残留量的测定.

Abstract:The headspace gas chromatography method was used to determine the residual methanol, propylene oxide in poly (propylene carbonate). The results indicated that the linear ranges of methanol and propylene oxide were 0. 025 - 0. 400 g ·L^-1( r = 0. 9994) and 0. 025 - 0. 400 g ·L^-1 ( r = 0. 9997 ) respectively, the recoveries were 95.4% and 98.3% respectively, RSD were 3.7% and 1.8% ( n = 5) respectively. The method is simple, accurate and sensitive with good reproducibility, which can be used for determining of the residual methanol and propylene oxide in poly(propylene carbonate).
