经尿道电切除膀胱肿瘤42例报告

报告了经尿道电功除膀胱肿瘤（TURBT）42例,共50次,其中T1期41次,T2期7次,T3期2次;术后定期行膀胱镜检查和膀胱灌注噻哌化疗.随访结果：复发2例,再发5例,死亡4例.笔者认为;该手术简便,创伤小,恢复快,住院时间短或不需住院,可保留完整的膀胱,生命质量高.

42 Cases of Report on Bladder Tumour Removed by Electrotomy through Urethra

42 cases that the bladder tumours were removed by electomy through the urethra were studied. The total numbers of opelation amounted to 50 tinies, among which 41 belonged to T1 (the first term) and 7 times to T2 and 2 times to T3. After the operations cystoscopy and chenderapy by pouring thiotepa into urethra were dried out. The suhaequenily investigatiive results were as follows: there were 2 cases of relapse, 5 cases of recunence, 4 cases of death. Hence, this operation methed was considered as a simple one, with slight injury and quick recovers, short-time hospitalization or even without hospitalhation. In addition,the complete bladder could be retained, with forly high life-quantity.
