"两硬"条件大采高液压支架工作阻力计算

摘    要:为解决“两硬”地质条件下大采高综采液压支架缺乏,厚煤层一次采全高技术不能在大同矿区推广等问题。笔者对液压支架与大采高综采采场围岩的力学关系进行了分析,根据相关矿压理论,从多种角度对“两硬”条件下大采高综采支架工作阻力的计算方法进行了探讨;同时列举了5 000 mm厚煤层一次采全高试验工作面液压支架的支护阻力实测数据;通过对支架工作阻力理论计算值与井下工作面支架支护阻力实测数据的对比分析,认为采用多种方法计算、再综合分析的方法来确定大采高液压支架工作阻力是可行的。

Abstract:Due to the absence of high seam mining shield suitable for the "two-hard" conditions(hard roof and coal),the technology of one-pass mining has yet not been widely used in Datong coal mine.Under "two-hard" conditions,often a dramatic roof pressure appears in coal facearea.So determining the working resistance of the developing shield is the major point which can control effectively the enclosing rock around working area.This paper analyses the mechanics relationship between the shield and the enclosing rock around working area.Depend on corresponding roof pressure theory,a discussion has been done about the method of calculating the working resistance in high seam mining shield under"two-hard"conditions.Thereafter providing a measured supporting data from a 5000mm coal seam experimental face.By the comparison of the theoretical calculation with the measured data,the author feels it feasible to adopt the above method to determine the working resistance of the high seam shield.
