| 摘 要： | 本文分析了气幕对水平层流洁净区的保护机理，通过对气幕区及被保护洁净区的流场及浓度场特性分析，提出了较合理的气幕结构参数，从理论上证明了该种形式的气幕具有良好的围挡效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper ,the protection mechanism of air curtain on horizontal parallel flow area is analysed.By analysing the characteristics of the flow area and the concentration field of the air curtain area and the protected clean area,suitable design parameters of air curtain construction is presented.It proves theoretically that this kind of air curtain has better barrier effect. |
