大型挂车与牵引车同步制动装置的研制

摘    要:本文在分析了用气控气压制动的大型挂车相对于牵引车制动滞后的原因后,改用电、气双重控制气压制动,提高了挂车与牵引车制动的同步性,达到了国家汽车制动规范规定的对于大型挂车制动滞后时间不得高于0.6s的要求,保证了行车安全。

Abstract:Having analysed the retarding reason of pueumatic-controlled pressure brake of large-sized trailers with respect to tractors, we now adopt the electric-pneumatic controlled pressure brake. The synchronism of both the trailer and the tractor is increased greatly. and has met the state requirment that the retarding time of brake of large-sized trailers should not go beyond the time limit of 0.6s. This will insure the safety of trans portation.
