| 摘 要： | 本文研究了制备聚乙二醇活性酯的方法。首先将聚乙二醇（ＰＥＧ）转化为羧酸，然后活化成为活性酯，该活性酯用于修饰ＳＯＤ．此方法所用时间短，条件易掌握，与ＳＯＤ连接效果较好。

| Abstract: | A method for preparation of active ester of polyethylene is reported.Procedures for the preparation included two steps. At first, the terminal hydroxyl group of PEG was changed into carboxylic acid. Then the product was activated with dicyclohexyl carbondimide(DCC)and p-nitrophenol to form an active ester. The active ester of PEG was used to couple with superoxide dismutase(SOD).It took short time and was easy to obtain the expect product. |
