摘    要:以8-氨基喹啉为原料,合成了一个新的比率型Zn2+荧光传感器1,利用紫外-可见和荧光分析方法考察了该荧光传感器对锌离子的识别行为。结果表明,在MeCN:Tris-HCl水溶液(体积比为1:9,Tris-HCl浓度为10mmol/L,pH=7.2)中,该荧光传感器1与Zn2+生成了1:1的络合物;紫外-可见光吸收波长和荧光发射波长发生红移,而且荧光颜色发生明显改变;竞争实验结果表明了其对锌离子有较高的选择性;通过比率荧光可实现其对锌离子的传感,检出限可达6.9×10-8 mol/L。

Abstract:A new ratiometric fluorescent sensor for zinc ion was synthesized from 8-aminoquinoline fluorophore based on intramolecular charge transfer reaction.In a buffer aqueous solution,there were a clear red shift in fluorescent sensor-Zn system of UV-Visible absorption wavelength and fluorescence emission wavelength and an obvious change in it’s fluorescence color.The composition of the fluorescent sensor with zinc ion was found to be 1:1 by Job’s method.The competition experiments show that the fluorescent sensor detected zinc ion with high selectivity.The fluorescent sensor displayed high sensitivity for zinc ion with detection limit as low as 6.9×10-8 mol/L.
