硅铝配比对浆态床一步法制二甲醚的催化剂性能影响

摘    要:采用分步沉淀法,以TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)为硅源制备了Cu-Zn-Si-Al双功能浆状催化剂。用XRD,TPR,NH3-TPD-MS等表征手段对催化剂结构性能进行了分析。结果表明,不同硅铝配比对催化剂性能有较大影响,随硅铝摩尔比增加,催化剂的还原性能增强;当硅铝摩尔比为1∶1时,催化剂具有最佳的催化性能。经分析认为,催化剂分散性能及催化剂中弱酸位的多少是影响其活性的主要因素。

Abstract:Cu-Zn-Si-Al bifunctional catalysts were prepared by step-by-step precipitation method,TEOS as silica source.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,TPR and NH3-TPD-MS.The results indicate that Si/Al ratio affected the catalyst performance obviously.The increase of Si/Al ratio was beneficial to the reducibility of the catalyst on the whole.When the Si/Al ratio was 1,the catalyst showed best catalytic performance.The dispersibility and the weak acid sites of the catalysts had major effect on their activity.
