高灰煤在CO_2中的催化气化

摘    要:在常压流动态 CO_2气氛下,用 PRT—1型热天平考察了平朔气煤、晋城无烟煤和西曲焦煤洗中煤中的矿物组分在气化反应中的自催化作用和添加催化剂的催化作用。试验结果表明,高灰煤均比石墨具有较高的气化活性;不同煤种对气化催化剂均有一定的选择配伍性;对于灰分含量最高的西曲焦煤洗中煤的气化,硫铁矿渣具有比 K_2CO_3更为显著的催化活性,在一定范围内是一种较好的可弃性高灰煤气化催化剂。

Abstract:The self-catalysis of the mineral contents in Pingshuo gas coal,Jin- cheng anthracite and the middling from washed Xiqu coking coal in their gasification have been investigated by thermogravimetry in a flowing CO_2 gas at atmospheric pressure.The results show that all coals studied have better gasification activity than the one which graphite has;each type of coal has a suitable catalyst for its gasification;The catalytic acti vity of a pyrite slag is more obvious than one of K_2CO_3 during the gasifi- cation of the middling which contains the most ash content
