| 摘 要： | 介绍了两种不同的水表抄收计费管理模式,即IC卡水表抄收计费管理模式和自动抄表收费管理模式;阐述了基于网络技术的智能网络水表远程抄表系统的总体结构和各部分的组成及作用,同时阐述了远程抄表技术。基于网络技术的远程抄表及水费管理系统为公用能源综合管理奠定了基础。
