摘    要:用高温老法制备了钐氧化锆粉体,探讨了胶凝剂、老化条件及化学组成粉对体表面特性的影响。实验结果显示,高温老化法制备的含钐氧化锆粉体具有较高的比表面积和优良的热稳定性,添加钐能提高凝胶的老化速度,从而可在较短的时间内形成高比表面积的氧化锆粉体。

Abstract:Zirconia powders containing samarium were prepared by high temperature aging method. The effects of precipitant,aging and chemical composition were studied. The result shows that aging at high temperature was an efficient way for the preparation of ZrO 2 powder containing Sm with high ratio of surface area and thermal stability, and the addition of Sm to hydrous zirconia could promote the aging of gel so as to prepare ultrafine powder of zirconia in shorter time.
