摘    要:针对目前采动应力监测系统存在不足,比如油压传感器精度不高、采样频率固定和实时性差等特点,通过采用特殊应变材料、精密恒流源设计、多分辨率采样及CAN总线等方法设计的可变频率的采动应力实时监测系统较好地解决了以上问题,实时动态监测地应力的变化,揭示地应力的变化规律,对预防及防治类似灾害事故的发生提供对策以有力的支持,为煤矿的安全生产提供了的技术保障。

Abstract:There exist many deficiencies in current monitoring systems,such as low accuracy,fixed sampling frequency,poor real-time and short transmission distance.The system in this paper integrated special stress-strain material,precisive constant current source,multi-resolution sampling and the CAN bus to overcome above deficiencies.The real-time dynamic monitoring of changes of crustal stress revealed their changing rule,and provided supports for the prevention and protection for these disasters as well.It will provide technical support for the safety of coal mine production.
