| 摘 要： | 本文对现行的双测头等截距测量直线度理论进行了深入的研究。在此基础上，提出了一种圆柱形工件素线直线度误差在线测量的新方法。该法不仅可分离机械加工系统的运动误差，而且能分离刀具作用力引起的工件弹性变形信号。因而大大提高了素线的在线测量精度。

| Abstract: | The theory of current straightness measurement of 2 points equidistance is studied deeply in this paper, based on which, a new method of on line measuring of generatrix straightness for the cylindrical workpiece is presented. It can succeed not only in separating motion error of machining system from others, but also in detecting the elastic deformation signal of workpiece, caused by action of cutting tool. Thus, it can greatly enhance accuracy of on line measuring of generatrix straightness. |
