| 摘 要： | 在数字馈线保护中，利用线路故障前后零测量导纳及其电导的特点，来判断馈线是否发生故障，具有较高的保护精度和可靠性，设计了RSL数字线路保护中的馈线接地保护功能。

| Abstract: | This paper analysis the difference of line admittance before and after grounding fault.According to this difference ,fault line can be easily found out.We have applied this method into practice and successfully designed RSL841 line protection device,practice shows this method has high precition and reliability. |
