摘    要:采用陆基围隔实验法,研究了施肥和投饵养殖台湾红罗非鱼(Oreochromis mossambicusxO.Niloticus)、施肥混养台湾红罗非鱼和菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)及投饵养殖中国对虾(Penaeus chinensis)的海水池塘周日溶氧最低值的预报.实验在胜利油田水产公司养虾场(1994年)和黄海水产集团公司养虾场(1995年)进行.实验中定期测定浮游植物光合作用产氧量、水柱呼吸耗氧量和底泥呼吸耗氧量,并根据前人的资料推算鱼、虾呼吸耗氧量,根据Schroeder的表格估计大气扩散作用引起的溶氧变化.比较了3种周日溶氧最低值预报方法的效果.结果证明,对数直线外推法和简易WPRD法是简便而有效的预报方法.

Abstract:Prediction of the lowest diumal DO was systematically studied by enclosure-experimental method in seawater ponds culturing red Taiwanese tilapia (Oreochromis mossamblcus x O. Niltoticus ),shortnecked clam ( Ruditapes philippinarum) and Chinese Benaeid shrimp ( Penaeus chinensis) with fertilization, feeding or both. The study was carried out in the shrimp farm of the Fishery Corporation of the Shengli Oil Field (1994) and the shrimp farm of the Huanghai Grouped Fishery Corporation (1995),Shandong Province. Oxygen production by Phytoplankton photosynthosis, oxygen consumption by water column respiration and benthic respiration were monitored periodically. The consumptions of oxygen by fish and shrimp respiration were calculated with model and parameters cited in works of other authers.Oxygen exchange between atmosphere and pond water was estimated by the use of Schroeder' s table.Three methods for predicting early moming DO concentration were used and discussed. The log-linearextrapolation technique was proved to be most convenient and effective, and the simplified WPRD modle came next.
