小儿肺炎并发心肌损伤心肌钙蛋白I的检测意义(附46例分析)

摘    要:目的:探讨小儿肺炎并发心肌损伤心肌钙蛋白I的检测意义。方法:采用全自动化学免疫系统检测4 6例肺炎患儿心肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CKMB) ,并与2 6例正常小儿进行对照比较。结果:肺炎患儿与正常小儿CTnI、CKMB值比较均有非常显著性差异(P <0 0 1) ,且肺炎越重,越易造成心肌损害,二者值越高。两两比较,除重症肺炎组与普通肺炎组CKMB差异无显著性外(P >0 0 5 ) ,其余均有非常显著性差异(P <0 0 1)。结论:CTnI可作为监测小儿肺炎并发心肌损伤的重要标志物。

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum cardiac troponin I (CTnI) for the pneumonia in children complicated by myocardic injury. Methods: Measuring serum concentrations of CTnI and CKMB (MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase) in 46 inpatients suffering from pneumonia and 26 normal children with automatic chemical immune system. Comparing the two group values and determining the coincidence rate. Results: The difference of the concentrations of serum CTnI and CKMB between children with pneumonia and normal children is significant (P<0.01). The severer the pneumonia is, the higher the concentrations are. By comparing between the groups, significant differences are observed (P<0.01) except that of CKMB between severe pneumonia and common pneumonia (P>0.05). The positive rate by measuring serum CTnI in diagnosing penumonia compliated by myocardic injury is higher than that of CKMB (P<0.01). Conclusion: CTnI can be a important serum marker in detecting pneumonia complicated by myocardic injury in children.
