| Abstract: | The edge detection is one of the fundamental topics in the image analyses and the pattern recognition. A new edge detection scheme based on analyzing the compensation characters of simple operators for edge detection is introduced. This scheme can make the data from the different operators mixed properly, The arithmetic is simple and the time of calculation is limited. Thus , the quality of the edge can be improved. Experimental results shown the effectiveness of the scheme. |
