光密度法测定微藻生物量

摘    要:目的:为准确而又快速的测量微藻生物量。方法:选用15种不同微藻,在实验室中分别测定其细胞密度及光密度并进行直线回归分析,同时采用吸光系数来估算浮游植物生物量。结果:得出了浮游植物光系数与细胞碳含量(即生物量)的回归方程:lg(m)=-1.0465ln(x) 4.2551.结论:这是一种利用光密度法来测量微藻生物量的简单有效的方法。

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the relationship between optical density (OD) and the biomass of microalgae. Methods: 15 microalgal species were used under laboratory conditions to study the relationship between the cell density and its related OD. Meanwhile, the optical absorption coefficient, namely the slope of the linear graph which showed the relationship between cell density and OD, was utilized to estimate the phytoplankton biomass. Results: Regression analysis results showed the linear function: lg( m )=-0.451 1 ln( x )+4.242 2, in which c is the carbon content and x is the optical absorption coefficient of microalgae. Conclusion: This is a useful and rapid OD method to measure the biomass of microalgae .
