| 摘 要： | 目的：了解不育不孕症生殖道衣原体及支原体的感染及其与年龄、性别、原发性、继发性、不洁性接触史的关系；解脲支原体（ＵＵ）感染、生殖道炎症与精子活动率、抗精子抗体（ＡｓＡｂ）的关系，进一步探讨不育不孕的致病因素，提高诊断准确率和治愈率。方法：选用衣原体检测及支原体培养技术、抗精子抗体（ＡｓＡｂ）检测技术、明胶凝集试验（Ｇｅｌａｔｉｎｇ Ａｇｇｌｕｔｉｎａｔｉｏｎ Ｔｅｓｔ，ＧＡＴ），试管玻片凝集试验（
