摘    要:软管在深海采矿系统中是连接中继舱和集矿机的输送枢钮.在海洋工程领域,计算软管流体阻力采用莫里逊公式,其中阻力系数是双参数迎角和雷诺数的函数.用相似性原理进行风洞试验,测量了法向和切向阻力系数随迎角和雷诺数的变化关系.根据二元拉格朗日抛物线插值方法,计算得到软管移动过程中任意空间姿态时的阻力系数及相应的流体阻力.同时通过支座位移非线性迭代法结合空间梁结构非线性有限元分析理论加Newton-Raphson荷载增量法计算了软管空间形态随集矿机移动的变化过程.

Abstract:For deep sea mining systems the flexible pipe linking mine-collecting machine and relay buffer is the umbilical cord of transporting. In ocean engineering realm, fluid drags are computed by Morison equation with drag coefficient defined by a function of Renold number and attack angle. By wind tunnel test according to similar principle, varying relations between normal and tangent drag coefficients and the Renold number and attack angle are measured. Hence, at any space orientation, the drags coefficients as well as fluid drags can be calculated from the observed data by using Lagreange quadratic interpolation. By combining finite element method for space beams with the Newton-Raphson load increment method, a nonlinear iteration method is presented for compelling displacement of the boundary support. Applying this method, the varying process of equilibrium configuration of the flexible pipe moving with mine-collecting machine can be determined successfully.
