P53和PCNA在口腔粘膜上皮癌变过程中的表达及意义

目的：对正常口腔粘膜、口腔白斑和口腔鳞癌中的Ｐ＾５３蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ的表达进行观察和分析，探讨其在口腔粘膜上皮癌变过程中的作用及意义。方法：应用免疫组化方法对７２例口腔粘膜、口腔白五和口腔鳞癌中Ｐ＾５３蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ表达进行检测。结果：Ｐ＾５３蛋白在白斑的表达率为５２％，在口腔鳞癌的表达率为６３％，随着上皮异常增生程度的加重和肿瘤分级的增加，Ｐ＾５３蛋白和ＰＣＮＡ的蛋性表达呈递增趋势。结论：Ｐ＾５３

Expression of p53 Protein and PCNA and Its Significance in Development of Premalignant to Malignant Lesions in Oral Mucosa

Aim: To observe and analyze the expression of P 53 protein and PCNA in normal oral mucosa, oral leukoplakia and oral squqmous cell carcinoma and to find out its effection and significance in development of premalignant to malignant lesions in oral mucosa.Methods: PCNA and P 53 protein expression were detected by immunohischemical technique in 72 cases of oral premalignant and malignant lesions, which included 8 normal oral mucosa, 23 oral leukoplakia, 41 oral squamous cell carcinoma.Results: The expression of P 53 protein in oral leukoplakia were 52% positive (12/23), but in oral squamous cell carcinoma were 63% positive (26/41). The difference of the rate of P 53 protein positive in OLK and OSCC was significant, statiscally ( P <0 05). The study showed that gradual strong expression of PCNA and P 53 protein positive signal a change from premalignant to malignant lesions. Conclusion: The expression of PCNA and P 53 protein were correlated with cell prolifereating and tumor grading. The study also showed that PCNA and P 53 protein maybe an useful indication in the development of premalignant to malignent lesion for clinician to predict tumor behavior and prognosis.
