老年人电视胸腔镜手术32例

探讨电视胸腔镜手术（ＶＡＴＳ）在老年人胸部疾病治疗中的价值。方法：１９９６年６月至１９９８年２月，对３２例年龄为６０～８２（平均６８３）岁的老年人施行ＶＡＴＳ，其中局限性肺切除１０例，肺叶切除５例，肺大泡切除３例，肺癌分期５例，胸膜活检、切除及固定术６例，血胸清肺修补、纵隔肿瘤切除及食管裂孔疝补术各１例。占同期ＶＡＴＳ手术的３７７％。结果：全组无死亡。术后并发症发生率为２１９％。结论：由训练有素并充分了解老年人临床特点的胸外科医生施行ＶＡＴＳ是安全可行的

Video-Assisted Thoraic Surgery in Elderly Patients: Analysis of 32 Cases

Objective:To estimate the value of video-assisted thoracic surgery (VAST) in the elder patients for treament of chest diseases. Methods: From Jun., 1996 to Feb., 1998, thirty-two elder patients recieved VATS at our hospital, and ocuppied about 37.7% of overall VATS during same time period. The procedures included wedge or limited resection of lung tumor in 10 patients; pneumolobectomy in 5; bullectmy in 3; lung cancer staging in 5; pleural biopsies, resection and pleurodesis in 6; hemothorax Cleaning pneumonorrhappy in 1; resection of mediastinal tumor in 1; and esophageal hiatal herniorrhappy in 1; Results: There was no operative death in all group. The postoperative morbidity was 21.9%. Conclusion: Video-assisted thoracoseopy is a safe and feasible operation in the elderly, when it is carried out by a thoracic surgeon well-trained and sufficiently awared of clinical charactetistics of the elderly.
