bFGF促进大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复的电生理学

摘    要:用大鼠坐骨神经钳夹损伤模型和电生理学方法研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对周围神经损伤修复过程中的功能影响。分别对治疗组和对照组进行2、3、4和5周的观察,结果显示:治疗组受损神经的动作电位幅值及传导速度的恢复率较对照组明显加快,差异有显著性意义。表明bFGF能促进损伤的外周神经再生及功能恢复。

Abstract:An Electrophysiological study was taken on the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the functional recovery of the injured sciatic nerve in rats.Animals of treated and controlled groups were observed after injury of two,three,four and five weeks.The results showed that the rate of recovery of the amplitude of action potential and the velocity of conduction of the injured nerve in the treated groups were larger than that of the controlled groups.These results indicated that bFGF promoted the functional recovery of the injured peripheral nerve.
