| 摘 要： | 应用DEA理论和技术，特别是投入冗余率、产出不足率等概念，对4个经济特区经济投入产出状况进行深入的分析，指出它们的建设发展经历了相似历程，即“DEA有效－DEA无效（非DEA有效）－DEA有效”；指出DEA无效主要是由于对一些资源的利用不合理而造成的，文中提出了一些改进资源配置的建议。

| Abstract: | Applying the DEA theory and technology, esp., the concepts of redundant invest ratio and inefficient production ratio, the paper makes an in-depth analysis on the macroeconomics invest- production status of four special economic zones(SEZs). It is pointed out that these SEZs have passed through a similar way, namely,"DEA efficiency-DEA inefficiency-DEA efficiency". The reason for DEA inefficiency is caused by usneasonable use of some resource. Some improving suggestions on resourse disposal are also given. |
