12-钨磷杂多酸及其Ce(Ⅲ)、A1(Ⅲ)难溶盐催化合成肉桂酸异戊酯

摘    要:用12-钨磷杂多酸及其Ce(Ⅲ)、A1(Ⅲ)盐为催化剂合成肉桂酸异戊酯,工艺简单,缩短了反应时间(耗时不超过2h),催化剂首次使用的酯收率在95%以上,难溶盐催化剂可多次重复使用,可降低催化剂的消耗和腐蚀.

Abstract:Isopentyl cinnamate was synthesized by using PW12 heteroply acids and its springly solubleCe(III ), AI(III ) salts as catalyst. The reaction take was reduced. It was 2 h. Yields of the ester were> 95% for catalysts used for the first time. The technological process is simple and these sparing solublesalts can be reused as catalyst for many times. It is possible to decrease the comsumption and the corrosion behavior of catalysts.
