| 摘 要： | 本研究对３９４例脑卒中患者发病与饮酒的关系进行分析，其中有饮酒史者１４７例（３７３０％）。结果显示饮酒后急性发病的脑卒中多为出血性卒中，长期饮酒者发生缺血性卒中出血性卒中两者无差异（Ｐ＞００５），有大量饮酒史者较多发生缺血性卒中

| Abstract: | The relationship between apoplexy ( n =394) and alcohol drinking was analyzd. Among them 147 cases had a history of alcohol drinking (37.30%).The results showed that acute apoplexy after alcohol drinking was mostly hemorrhagic, there was no significant difference between sichemic and hemorrhagic apoplexy for long time drinker ( P >0.05).Apoplexy occurred more frequently in patients with a history of alcohol abuse. Epidemiology and pathogenesis of alcohol drinking and apoplexy are discussed. |
