血管性痴呆与正常老年人皮肤基底细胞α—微管蛋白定量比较研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨基底细胞α -微管蛋白能否作为判断血管性痴呆患者脑认知功能的一项外周生物学指标 方法 :使用免疫组化LSAB法对血管性痴呆患者和正常老年人皮肤基底细胞α -微管蛋白进行检测 ,用图象分析仪进行定性与定量分析 结果 :正常老年组的积分光密度 (IOD) =139.70 ,平均光密度 (AOD) =1.0 0 ,显著高于血管性痴呆组 (VD组 )的IOD =12 0 .55和AOD =0 85,P值均 <0 .0 1 结论 :本研究提示血管性疾呆患者基底细胞α -微管蛋白的定性与定量分析 ,有可能成为判断血管性痴呆患者脑认知功能损害的一项外周生物学指标

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the clincal significance of evaluatingimpariment of cognitive function of vascular dementia with α-tubulin of basal cells as an extraneuronal marker.Methods:α-tubulin of basal cells were examined with LSAB immunohistochemical technique, and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by image analyzer between vascular dementia group and normal aged group.Results:The integrated optical density (IOD=139.70) and average optical density (AOD=1.00) in the normal aged group were obvious higher than those in the vascular dementia group (IOD=120.55; AOD=0.85),P<0.01. Conclusion: These data suggest that the α-tubulin of basal cells with qualitative and quantitaive analysis could be used as an extraneuronal biological marker in evaluating impairment of cognitive function of vascular dementia.
