留针时间对缺血性中风针刺疗效的影响

目的：为提高针刺治疗中风的效果，开展不同留针时间对缺血性中风针刺疗效影响的临床研究。方法：将７３例缺血性中风患者随机分成３组，留针时间分别为２０、４０和６０ｍｉｎ，以《脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分标准》（改良受丁堡＋斯堪的那维亚研究组ＭＥＳＳＳ）评分为观察指标。结果：３组的显效率为４６％、５２％和５８％，大部分指标也显示随留针时间延长而改善幅度较大的趋势。结论：针刺治疗缺血 风留针时间与疗效

Effect of needle retaining time in acupuncture treatment of ischemic apoplexy

Aim: For more effective treating stroke with acupuncture, the author observed acupuncture effect on ischemic apoplexy was affected by time of retaining the needle. Methods: 73 patients with ischemic apoplexy were randomly divided into 3 groups, with the time of needle retaining of 20, 40 or 60 minutes respectively. Neurological functional deficit scale (MESSS) was measured before and after period of treatment. Results: The result showed that 3 group patients were markedly improved to 46%, 52% and 58% respectively. Most indexes also showed that the longer the time of neddle retaining, the more markedly improved of neurological functional deficit. Conclusion: There are some quantitative positive relation between time of needel retaining and acupunctural effect on ischemic apoplexy. So it is valuable to do more research.
