肾上腺少见疾病诊治19例报告

目的探讨临床上少见肾上腺疾病的诊断和治疗的关键问题。方法对19例病人的诊疗过程进行回顾性分析。结果12例术前确诊，7例术后确诊，其中17例施行手术，16例成功行根治性切除，1例因肿瘤广泛生长粘连无法切除只行活检，2例穿刺活检明确诊断。肿块大小从微小结节状到20cm×25cm×30cm，重约20～5000g。恶性肿瘤者术后行放疗或化疗，随访1年以上生活质量好。结论全面的术前准备最重要，治疗上首选手术探查，争取根治性切除肿瘤。

Diagnosis and treatment of rare disease of adrenal gland (report of 19 cases)

Aim: Procedures of diagnosis and treatment of rare disease of adrenal gland were discussed. Methods: Clinical data of 19 cases of adrenal gland disease was reviewed retrospectively. Results: 17 patients received operation: 16 cases radical resection, and one biopsy only. Fine needle biopsy for diagnosis was performed in other 2 cases because they refused the operation or can not stand for operation. The masses size were 2 cm×3 cm×2 cm～20 cm×25 cm×30 cm, weight 20～5 000 g, All patients with malignant tumors were given radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Over one year follow- up showed all patients showed a life of good quality. Conclusion: Preoperative preparation in detail was very important, and surgically remove of the tumor remains the first choice of treatment.
