摘    要:本文提出确定施罗曼飞剪剪切定尺与曲柄调整半径关系的简便方法.用该方法建立L定-R_1曲线,只须根据剪切工艺要求对所有定尺只确定一个参量——堆钢量与拉元量的比值.该法对国产摆式飞剪、IHI飞剪中“定尺与调整参数之间关系”的计算具有通用性.

Abstract:This paper present a new method to determine the relationship between the cut length of Schlomann flying shear and Crank radius. With this method to establish Lc-Rl curve it is only necessary to determine one parameter, the ratio of piling steel quantity and pulling steel quantity for cut length according to shear technology. This method is universal for calculation of the relation ship between, cut length and parameter for home made swing type flying shear and IHI flying shear.
