| 摘 要： | 本文根据复摆腭式破碎机的结掏特点及工作特性,建立了腭式破碎机工作机构及破碎机优化设计的数学模型,利用电子计算机对其进行了综合优化设计,使腭式破碎机的特性系数更趋于合理,同时确定了固定齿板和活动齿板的合理形状,消除了由传统设计带来的破碎腔堵塞现象,使破碎腔基本上处于无堵塞状态,从而提高了破碎机整体工作特性和生产能力。

| Abstract: | Based on the structure characteristic and working feature o the jaw crusher, an cptimization mathematical model about its working mechanism and ils crushing chamber is established in this papes and is cakulated with computer. This helps to iatioralizc the coefficient of performance of the machine.And the ratioral sbapes of the stationary and movable tooth boards are also designed. Thus the block phenomenon of the machine caused by traditional design is eliminated and therefore the production capacity is raised. |
