| 摘 要： | 加工工艺检验是比较麻烦和费时的,而加工工艺检验又关系到产品质量。本文通过分析表面形貌的形成及组成部分,指出利用检验表面形貌特性来控制加工工艺是一种极佳的手段。为此,表面粗糙度参数不仅应具有评定零件表面质量的功能,还应具有检验加工工艺的功能,以控制加工工艺。本文还指出利用表面形貌控制加工工艺的检验方法及研究方向。

| Abstract: | This paper indicute that checking the characteristics of surface texture by analysing its forming and its components optimal means cf monitoring manfacturing process. Therefor the roughness parameters not only should have function of identifying pare surface qualiey but also should have function of monitoring munfacturing process to control the process.This paper also presents monitoring means and points cut research direction of control process by surface texture. |
