MKW轧机支承辊强度的可靠性分析

摘    要:可靠性设计是现代机械工程设计中的一种新方法.本文应用可靠性设计的理论对某厂偏八辊轧机支承辊强度的可靠性进行了综合分析.理论分析表明,影响多辊轧机支承辊安全寿命的主要因素是辊间接触应力,分析结果与生产实践中支承辊主要失效形式相吻合.

Abstract:Reliability design is a new method in modern mechanical engineering. Thispaper analysied the reliability about strength of back-up rolls of the MKW mill according to the reliability design theory.And the result showed, that the main factor that affects the safety life of backup rolls in multi-rolls mill is contact stress between the rolls. This analysis is in accordance with practical result.
