| 摘 要： | 按照工厂要求 ,对原使用的PC机输入点进行了扩展 ,给出了较为详细的硬件设计方法 ,将多台堆垛机的自动控制操作集中于同一操作面板 ;叙述了堆垛机控制软件的设计思想 ,通过部分程序框图 ,详细讲述了软件结构及其使用方法 ,并对系统安全措施和可靠性进行了分析

| Abstract: | According to the requirements factory, numbers of inputs for the previous programmable controller was extended. The method of hardware design was given in detail. Automated operations of many stack cranes were assembled at one panel. The designing idea of controlling software for the stack crane was expounded. On the partial program chart, its structure and application were explained in detail. The safety measure and reliability for the system were analyzed. |
