| 摘 要： | 针对汽车车牌图像自动识别的问题,提出了一种对多字符图像的快速分割技术。此技术具有很好地分析信号局部特征的优点,利用小波分析与图像投影特征相结合的方法,快速检测出图像中多字符的边缘突变点,将多字符图像分割成多个单字符区域,从而实现一幅图像中多字符的定位及分割。

| Abstract: | Fast segmentation technique of multi-character image is proposed to solve the problem of the automatic identification of vehicle number in the paper. Its advantage is to analyze the partial characteristic of signal . The combination of wavelet analysis and image projection is adopted to test the rapid changing marginal point , dividing the multi-character images into multi single-character ones. Thus, location and segmentation of multi-character in a picture is realized . |
